I study under Shifu Yu Weidong (于卫东师父), whose lineage is both prestigious and well documented. I am an 8th-generation inheritor in Xingyiquan (形意拳) and a 7th-generation inheritor in Baguazhang (八卦掌), and I am honoured to share the teachings that have been passed down to me.

I also teach the foundational practices of Meihuaquan (梅花拳), traditionally used as a form of internal medicine.

Strengthen your power, speed, and endurance through Shaolin methods such as Changquan (长拳 / Longfist) and Tantui (弹腿).
